The black dial features white baton hour markers, a detailed exterior minute and chronograph track, and three recessed subdials arranged in the classic Speedmaster configuration. The 30-minute chronograph counter is positioned at 3 o’clock, the 12-hour counter at 6 o’clock, and the running-seconds display at 9 o’clock.

White varnished hands and luminous hour markers provide excellent contrast against the black dial. The movement displays central hours and minutes, running seconds through the subdial at 9 o’clock, and chronograph elapsed time through the central seconds hand and counters at 3 and 6 o’clock. The stainless steel case measures 42mm in diameter, approximately 13.2mm thick, and approximately 47.5mm from lug to lug. Its asymmetrical design features integrated crown and chronograph-pusher protection, twisted lyre-style lugs, and a combination of polished and brushed surfaces.

A Hesalite crystal protects the dial and features a small embossed Omega logo at its center. Hesalite provides the warm visual character traditionally associated with the classic Moonwatch and can be polished if light surface marks develop during normal wear.

The fixed stainless steel bezel is fitted with a black anodized aluminum insert displaying a white tachymeter scale. When used with the chronograph, the tachymeter allows the wearer to calculate average speed over a known distance.

The solid stainless steel caseback features the Omega Seahorse medallion and engraved wording recognizing the Speedmaster’s NASA qualification and its association with the first watch worn on the Moon.

The watch is fitted with its original black coated-nylon textile strap with a leather-lined interior. It is secured by an Omega stainless steel folding clasp, providing a comfortable fit while maintaining the military-inspired appearance of the strap.

The watch offers water resistance of approximately 5 bar or 50 meters. It is suitable for normal everyday exposure to moisture but is not intended to function as a professional swimming or diving watch.
